Every piece should arrive exactly as intended.

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — in line with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Once reviewed, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Incorrect Item Received
If your order isn’t what you expected, we’ll resolve it promptly.

  • Item ordered
  • Item received
  • A clear image

Once confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate solution, including return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please wait for our confirmation before returning any item.

Returns & Eligibility
All returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags must remain attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label

Our collections are intentionally limited.
Some pieces may not return once sold out. We encourage you to explore current availability — each release is designed to feel considered and distinct.

Non-Returnable Items
